Wide, bracelet length sleeves may be worn turned up to form deep cuffs. A: no closures. B: button and bound buttonhole. A, B: wide topstitching.
NOTIONS: Coat A, B: 1/2" Raglan Shoulder Pads or Vogue #9723 and Seam Binding. Also for B: One 1" Button.
