Wrap Skirt C: 2" below mid-knee length with ribbon, self ties and ribbon waist facing. Pants D: front and back darts, back zipper and ribbon waist facing.
NOTIONS: Jacket A, B: Two 1" Buttons, 1/2" Shoulder Pads or Vogue #9723 and One 1/4" Snap. Skirt C: 11/4 yds. of 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon and 5/8 yd. of 1/4" Ribbon. Pants D: 7" Zipper, 11/4 yds. of 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, Hooks and Eyes.
